(right) and Utitiliesman Constructionman Recruit Benjamin Rebs from Grand Terrace, Calif. (left), assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, conduct an inventory check of a masonry kit, ensuring 101 parts are accounted for. The kit needs to be at 100 percent of accountable parts to be used to for repairs at the various project sites, including the Telecom Storage Facility.
