180216-N-NO818-0001 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 16, 2018) Construction Electrician 2nd Class Gerald Roberts and Utilitiesman Constructionman Marc Gonzales, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, use a pipe threading machine to cut threads in conduit to be used for electrical wiring inside the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB). NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
