SASEBO, Japan (Dec. 6, 2017) Steelworker 3rd Class Dominque Garrison receives on the job training from Builder 2nd Class Steven Drevecky assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 on the proper way to use the Builders Transit Level. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
