Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Tristan de Delva, a Seabee with Construction Diving Detachment Alfa (CDDA), Underwater Construction Team 2, completes a three-hour dive on July 12, in Truman Bay adjacent to Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka.
