NMCB 5 'Bees, Philippines Navy Seabees Exchange Training and Skills

Photos by MCC Lowell Whitman The 30th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR) hosted the Armed Forces of the Philippines Navy Seabees and Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 in a bilateral exchange between the two naval construction forces, Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., in October. During the exchange, Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1 evaluated NMCB 5's field training exercise through realistic scenarios in a field environment in preparation for the battalion's future deployment.
