Building in the Arta Region

https://youtu.be/QfK14dt90Sw Seabees assigned to the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa are building relationships, as well as structures, in the Arta region of Djibouti, Africa. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) ONE started the structures and NMCB 133 will continue working the project in this remote village in Djibouti with plans for completion in 2018.
