In the Arta region in Djibouti, Africa, the Naval Mobile Battalion (NMCB) 133, Seabees, continue working on the construction of a medical care facility. The crew was completing a concrete pour for the slab floor of the living quarters at the facility. The construction of the medical care facility is an ongoing project in the village of Ali Oune.
NMCB 133 is forward deployed, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
