(August 18, 2015) – Equipment Operator 3rd Class Cyril Conanan and Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Tucker Lowell, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, repair a mud pump on a drilling rig during water well training. The goal of the training is to drill a well at 600ft in order to produce 45 gallons per minute utilizing three, six-man crews to cover around the clock operation.
