7th NCR Holds Change of Command

Capt. Frederick Mucke took charge as commodore of the 7th Naval Construction Regiment (NCR), Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport, Miss., Nov. 15. Mucke relieved Capt. Gary Rouse. The regiment ushered in a new era with the change of command and the relocation of its headquarters from Newport, R.I., to Gulfport.
