Sailors assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion Two (PHIBCB TWO) leads an operation in an effort to tow a Coast Guard channel marker buoy off of a public beach using a Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) Warping tug. Sailors used a Combat Rubber Raiding Craft (CRRC) to attach a line to the buoy which was then towed out to the USCGC Frank Drew (WLM-557) for retrieval and delivery.
