200416-N-WA745-1123 POHNPEI, Federated States of Micronesia (April 16, 2020) Builder 3rd Class Dillon Carr, with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Pohnpei, paints a quarantine head facility at Misco Beach, Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia. U.S. Navy Seabees with NMCB-5 are constructing head and shower facilities to assist the local government in a proactive response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
