During the project, U.S. Navy Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 and Indonesian Marines assigned to the 2nd Engineering Battalion built a two-room classroom wired to support 20 computers. This year marks the 25th iteration of CARAT, a multinational exercise designed to enhance U.S. and partner navies' abilities to operate together in response to traditional and non-traditional maritime security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
