181030-N-TP832-1281 OKINAWA, Japan (Oct. 30, 2018) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Charlie Company, participate in a guided relaxation exercise during a mental health event as part of a command Health Promotions Fair on board Camp Shields in Okinawa, Japan. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
