Guam, give a tour to CNMI Governor Ralph Deleon Guerrero Torres of the reconstructed roofs on houses that were affected by Typhoon Mangkhut. NMCB 1, det. Guam, assigned to Commander, Task Force 75, is conducting Defense Support to Civil Authorities with the Commonwealth Advocates for Recovery Efforts, CNMI and the Federal Emergency Management Agency in rebuilding roofs for homes during disaster relief operations in Rota, Tinian and Saipan after Typhoon Mangkhut hit in early September.
