PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (April 12, 2018) In response to an increase in vehicle and pedestrian incidents, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii Seabees upgraded a very busy crosswalk with push button flashing lights at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam’s Merry Point Landing April 12. The flashing lights are just one of a number of safety precautions command personnel are implementing around the base. Seabees involved in this installation were: CE2 (SCW) Julito Dacpano Jr., CECN Devonare Jackson, CECR Sergio Rivera, and CE2 (EXW) Jonathan Romero.
