PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (April 12, 2018) In response to an increase in vehicle and pedestrian incidents, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii Seabees upgraded a very busy crosswalk with push button flashing lights at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam’s Merry Point Landing April 12. The flashing lights are just one of a number of safety precautions command personnel are implementing around the base.
