180228-N-RD456-0883 CAMP COVINGTON, Guam (Feb. 28, 2018) Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Orson Taylor and Construction Mechanic Constructionman Alan Sargent both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, work together inspecting the braking system of a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) to ensure safe operations of equipment. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
