180209-N-NO818-0002 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 09, 2018) Steelworker 2nd Class Jeffery Boerma, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, hangs the weather hood for the ventilation screen on the side of the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB). NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
