171214-N-GZ832-1256 OKINAWA, Japan (Dec. 14, 2017) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 load a patient onto a UH-60 helicopter for transportation during a mass casualty exercise. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
