YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 6, 2017) Steelworker 2nd Class Erik Grassauer helps Steelworker Constructionman Jesse McConville, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, refresh welding skills to prepare for welding the steel bollards on the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) project. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
