UMA KADAUK, Timor Leste (Dec. 8, 2017) Builder 3rd Class Colton Matchske, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4,uses a mag float on the wet concrete for a smooth finish. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
