PALAWAN, Philippines (Nov. 7, 2017) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, form a bucket line to pour concrete into the footers for the latrine; when completed it will benefit both United States Forces and the Armed Forces of the Philippines operating in the area. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/ disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
