PALAWAN, Philippines (Nov. 7, 2017) Steel Worker 3rd Class Zachary Goodson assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, welds C-channels used to mount junction boxes that will benefit both United States Forces and the Armed Forces of the Philippines operating in the area. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/ disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
