U.S. Navy Utilitiesman 3rd Class Kyle Webb, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, uses a carpenter’s square to mark wood before cutting during K-span construction on Camp Shield, Okinawa, Oct. 30, 2017. NMCB 4 recently deployed to Okinawa as the forward deployed NMCB, ready to support Major Combat Operations, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operations.
