171010-N-NO181-019 AGAT, Guam (Oct. 10, 2017) – Construction Mechanic Constructionman Alan Sargent, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, conducts repairs on the electrical switch in a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV). This will allow CESE operations to continue safely regardless of ambient lighting. NMCB 4 is the forward deployed pacific NMCB ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
