DILI, Timor Leste (October 5, 2017) - Builder Third Class Adam Howe and Builder Constructionman Colton Matchske, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, conduct an inventory check of a carpenter’s kit to ensure 100% accountability during a battalion turnover. NMCB 4 is the forward deployed pacific NMCB ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
