(TRINCOMALEE, Sri Lanka) A U.S. Navy Seabee, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 2, and Sri Lanka Navy Divers insert detonation cord into blocks of C-4 explosives for underwater demolition operations during the first-ever Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) at the Naval Base in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, Oct. 3, 2017.
