(TRINCOMALEE, Sri Lanka) U.S. Navy Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Tristan DeDelva, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 2, and Sri Lanka Navy divers, prepare to conduct underwater demolition operations during the first-ever Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) at the Naval Base in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, Oct. 3, 2017.
