Construction Electrician 1st Class Dan Lehne, assigned to Underwater Construction Team 2, runs with Agent Joanico Ximenes of the Timor-Leste National Police during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Timor-Leste 2017 at Port Hera Naval Base, Timor-Leste, Aug. 1, 2017.
