NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (March, 22, 2017) Steelworker 3rd Class Tyler Alberts, from Omaha Nebraska, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, welds the Seabee at the main entrance to Camp Mitchell on board Naval Station Rota, Spain, on March 22, 2017.
