PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Mar. 23, 2016) Personnel from NAVFAC Hawaii Public Works Department Seabee Division and Construction Battalion Mobile Unit 303 worked together from March 21 – 31 to construct two American Disability Act (ADA) compliant ramps for the Wahiawa Child Development Center, Naval Computer Telecommunication Area Master Station Wahiawa, Hawaii. The old ramps were primarily used to exit from the facility during monthly fire drills; where as the new ones will allow the Wahiawa Child and Youth Programs (CYP) to use them more regularly. The project is still on going with minor installation and finish work.
