(Sept. 30, 2015)- Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, places the deck pieces of the Medium Girder Bridge (MGB) during NMCB 4’s 2015 Field Training Exercise (FTX) in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks, using realistic scenarios as more than 100 evaluators from Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1 and Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) grade each evolution.
