Builder 2nd Class Brandon Rowe from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 directs the placement of concrete for a new gazeebo. Rowe and seven other Seabees from NMCB 133 Air Det took part in the concrete placement, using it as hands on experience for their upcoming deployment.
