Construction Electrician 2nd Class Felton Randel from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 cuts inserts out of sheet metal vents for the exterior of the Yurt Village Bathhouse project for the YMCA of the Rockies at Snow Mountain Ranch. Randel and 17 other NMCB 133 Seabees expended 280 man days to complete the project.
