150818-HD670-205 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (August 18, 2015) – Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, place a 1100 pound steel collar to extend a drill during water well training. The goal of the training is to drill a well at 600ft in order to produce 45 gallons per minute utilizing three, six-man crews to cover around the clock operation.
