Matthew Riethmiller during Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s change of command ceremony at Camp Shield on Okinawa, Japan. During the ceremony Cmdr. Matthew Riethmiller relieved Cmdr. Cameron Geertsema as commanding officer of the battalion.
