JOINT EXPEDITIONARY BASE LITTLE CREEK-FORT STORY, Va. (Feb. 20, 2015) – Jahaziel Rodriguez, a Sailor assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion (PHIBCB) 2, as well as Soldiers assigned to the 11th Transportation Battalion conduct Logistics Over the Shore (LOTS) drive vehicles off of an Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) Causeway Ferry onto Anzio Beach during exercise Blue Heron. The purpose of the exercise is to increase interoperability between Army and Navy commands during Joint Logistics Over the Shore (JLOTS) missions.
