OKINAWA, Japan - (July 29, 2014) Cmdr. Kemit Spears, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 commanding officer, tours one of his deployment jobsites where NMCB 1 Sailors are putting the finishing touches on a communications pad construction project on board Camp Courtney Marine Corps Base in Japan.
