130818-N-SD120-004 OKINAWA, Japan (August 18, 2013) Construction Electrician Anthony Martinez changes the Camp Shields welcome sign following a change of charge ceremony between Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 and NMCB 5 on Camp Shields in Okinawa. After an eight month deployment, NMCB 5 turned over their missions in the U.S. Pacific Command to NMCB 3. NMCB 3 provides combatant and Navy component commanders with combat-ready warfighters capable of general engineering, construction and limited combat engineering across the full range of military operations.
