The Ethiopian National Defense Force plowed a two-mile dirt road in order to get to the drilling sight in Fiche, Ethiopia, Dec. 19, 2012. U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1 Seabees attached to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa partnered with ENDF engineers during a water well drilling exercise beginning Nov. 27, 2012.
