Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, Construction Civic Action Detail, Federated States of Micronesia (CCAD FSM) are building the new Nan U Medical Dispensary in Phonpei, FSM.The United States has been sending CCAD Teams to the FSM for decades to continue strengthening the enduring friendship and lasting partnership between the two countries.
