Naval Mobile Construciton Battalion 1, det. Guam, assigned to Commander, Task Force 75, is conducting Defense Support to Civil Authorities with the Commonwealth Advocates for Recovery Efforts, CNMI and the Federal Emergency Management Agency in rebuilding roofs for homes during disaster relief operations in Rota, Tinian and Saipan after Typhoon Mangkhut hit in early September.
