Rear Adm. Katherine Gregory, commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and chief of civil engineers, speaks with EO3 Margo Ealy, NMCB 133, during her visit to the battalion's field training exercise (FTX) at Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, Miss., July 23. FTX is an opportunity for the battalion to hone its skills with assistance and guidance from NCG 2.
