ET3 DeAnna Valentine and BUCN Johnathan Sanford, along with members of Southern High School's JROTC Program, view a student's science fair project, Santa Rita, Guam, April 23. NMCB 11 personnel volunteered to judge the Harry Truman Elementary School annual science fair. NMCB 11 Detachment Guam is currently deployed in Guam to provide a naval construction force ready to support operations ranging from disaster relief to major combat operations throughout the PACOM area of responsibility.
