141114-N-ZZ999-001 PEARL HARBOR (Nov. 14, 2014) - Divers, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, place and secure reinforcing yokes to concrete forms in order to prevent potential blowouts during a pour while refurbishing a pier on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickham.
