
NMCB 3 Builds Civic Relations in Tonga

Naval Mobile Construction Division (NMCB) 3 s Construction Civic Action Detail (CCAD) Tonga is working with the Tongan Defense Service to build a 710 square-meter community hall and disaster response center. The CCAD's mission is to execute engineering civic assistance projects, conduct formal training with the host nation, and perform community relations events to help enhance shared capabilities and improve the country's social welfare.
