U.S. Army students assigned to Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Gulfport fill sandbags on board Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCTC) Gulfport in preparation for Tropical Storm Isaac, which made landfall along the Gulf Coast yesterday.
