(Jun. 17, 2023) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 22 completing needed infrastructure improvements at Camp Ashland, Mead, and Silver Creek Nebraska Army National Guard Reginal Training Sites. NMCB 22 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations and theater security. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces and are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable, and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
