U.S. Navy Sailors spread cement on a wall for a construction project at Somboonnaram School in support of Cobra Gold 2018 in Rayong province, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 8, 2018. The Royal Thai Navy, U.S. Navy and Singapore Army worked together to construct a new multipurpose building for the school. Humanitarian Civic Action programs conducted during Cobra Gold 18 maintain a constant focus on improving the quality of life for the civilian residents as well as supporting the security and interest of our friends and partner nations.
