Members of the Naval Air Facility Misawa Snow Team pose together, Jan. 21, 2014, with a U.S. Navy Seabee design they plan to sculpt out of snow at the upcoming 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival in Hokkaido, Japan. This is the 31st year that NAF Misawa and its tenant commands will send a delegation of sailors to Sapporo to represent the command, and build a snow sculpture during the city's annual festival. The Sapporo Snow Festival draws about two million spectators each year and is often considered Japan's premier winter event.
